Maple Street Cleaning Co., LLC ("we", "us") cleans homes in and around Charlotte, NC. This page explains what we do with the information you send us when you ask for a quote or book a clean. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
The short version: we collect what we need to quote and clean your home, we use it for that, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
1. What we collect

2. How we use it
- To prepare and send a quote, and to answer your questions.
- To schedule visits, text your arrival window and provide the service.
- To invoice you and keep the accounting records we are required to keep.
- To measure which ads are working. This uses aggregate data — we do not build advertising profiles of individual visitors.
- To contact you about the service you booked. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list unless you ask us to.
3. What we never do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
- We do not share your address or door codes with anyone outside the crew assigned to your home.
- We do not use your details for anything unrelated to quoting and cleaning your home.
4. Who else sees it
A small number of service providers process data on our behalf, and only for the purpose we chose: our email provider, our phone and text service, our payment processor, our scheduling tool and Google (for ad measurement). Each is bound by its own agreement with us. If a law requires us to disclose information, we will say so to the extent we are permitted to.
5. Cookies and analytics
This website does not set tracking cookies of its own. If we run Google Ads, a Google tag may be loaded and may set cookies or read click identifiers so we can tell which ad led to a quote request. You can block cookies in your browser settings with no effect on this site — there is nothing behind the form that depends on them.
6. How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not turn into bookings are deleted within 12 months. Customer records — name, service address, visit history and invoices — are kept for as long as you are a customer and for the period afterwards that tax and insurance rules require, then deleted. Door codes and alarm codes are removed from our records as soon as you tell us they have changed or you stop being a customer.
7. Your choices
Email [email protected] and we will, within 30 days: show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — whichever you ask for. If you have asked for marketing messages, every one of them includes a way to stop. Deleting the records we need for invoices we have already issued is not always possible, and we will tell you plainly if that applies.
8. Security
Access to customer records is limited to the people who need it to quote and clean. Forms are served over HTTPS, and door codes are visible only to the crew assigned to your visit. No system is perfect, so if we ever become aware of a breach affecting your information we will contact you directly and explain what happened.
9. Children
This site is intended for adults arranging house cleaning services. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
10. Changes and contact
If this policy changes in a way that affects how we handle your information, we will update the date at the top of this page. Questions about any of it go to the same two people who answer the phone.
