What we do

Cleaning that fits how you actually live

Every visit is a flat rate for the whole job — not an hourly estimate that grows while we're in the car. Pick a one-off clean or set up a recurring schedule and skip the booking each time.

Standard home clean

The regular reset: kitchen and bathrooms, floors vacuumed and mopped, surfaces dusted, beds made, trash out.

from$129
Most booked

Deep clean

Everything in a standard clean plus baseboards, inside the oven and fridge, grout, vents, cabinet fronts and light fixtures. Where most people start.

from$219

Move-in / move-out

Built for walkthroughs and deposit deadlines: inside every cabinet and closet, appliance interiors, marks off walls and doors.

from$249

Kitchen & bath refresh

A focused two-hour visit for the rooms that carry the week: sinks, faucets, tile, mirrors, cabinet fronts and floors.

from$99

Office & small business

After-hours cleaning for studios, clinics and shops — one crew, consistent checklist, invoiced monthly.

from$149

Recurring plans

Weekly, every other week or monthly at the same time slot, with the same crew and 15% off the one-off rate.

from$105

Starting prices shown are for a standard 2-bed / 2-bath home and are Confirmed after a short walkthrough or a quick phone call — the quote we send you is the price you pay. Supplies, equipment and HEPA vacuum included.

The checklist

What every visit includes

The same list, in the same order, every time — which is why a recurring clean stays consistent from week to week.

  • Kitchen — counters, backsplash, sink and faucet, stovetop, microwave inside and out, cabinet fronts, floor
  • Bathrooms — showers, tubs, tile, toilets, vanities, mirrors polished, fixtures shined, floors
  • Bedrooms & living areas — dusted surfaces, wiped switch plates and door handles, beds made, furniture returned
  • Floors — vacuumed with HEPA filters, then mopped with a product matched to your surface
  • Throughout — trash and recycling out, cobwebs down, light switches, interior glass and mirrors
  • Supplies — our products, cloths, mops and vacuum. Nothing of yours gets used up.

Not part of a standard clean — just ask and we'll add it

  • Inside oven, fridge or cabinets (included in a deep clean)
  • Garage, porch, patio and window exteriors
  • Laundry, dishes and changing bed linen
  • Heavy buildup, post-renovation dust and hoarding situations

Tell us which add-ons you want in the form and they show up in the quote, so there's nothing extra on the day.

From the neighbors

What people say after the first visit

“They cleaned things I didn't know were dirty — the grout, the vent covers, inside the microwave. The house smelled amazing for days.”
MR Megan R.Plaza Midwood
“Booked a move-out clean on a Tuesday, done by Thursday, and we got the whole deposit back. The walkthrough list was covered line by line.”
DK Daniel K.NoDa
“Same two cleaners every visit, which matters a lot when you have a dog and a toddler. They know which doors to keep shut and use fragrance-free products like we asked.”

Questions

The things people ask before booking

How much does a house cleaning cost?
It depends on size, condition and how often you book. A standard clean for a 2-bed / 2-bath home starts around $129, a deep clean around $219, and recurring visits run about 15% less than a one-off. The starting prices on this page are for a typical home in that range — your actual flat price comes in writing after a short walkthrough or a few questions on the phone.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Most of our clients aren't. Plenty leave a key or a door code, and a few meet us the first time and then head out after that. Whatever you prefer, we'll text a 30-minute arrival window that morning, and you'll get a message when we lock up.
Do you bring your own supplies and vacuum?
Always. We arrive with everything — products, cloths, mops, a HEPA vacuum and separate cloths for bathrooms and kitchen. We use fragrance-free, pet-safe products by default; if you'd rather we used something specific you keep at home, just tell us and we'll use yours.
Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
Yes. Every cleaner is a direct employee rather than a subcontractor, is fully background-checked and covered by our liability and bonding insurance. If your building or landlord needs a certificate of insurance on file, we'll send one over before the first visit.
What if something isn't right with the clean?
Call or text us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean that area at no charge. No arguments and no forms — a missed spot is our problem to fix, not yours.
What's your cancellation policy?
Reschedule or cancel any time up to 24 hours before your slot, free of charge. Inside 24 hours we ask for a small fee, because the crew's day is already planned around your visit. We'll always do what we can to move you instead.
Can you clean with pets and children in the house?
Yes, and most of our visits happen with both at home. We use pet-safe, low-odor products, keep gates and doors as you ask, and can work room by room so nobody has to be shut out of the house. Let us know about nervous animals and we'll take it slowly on the first visit.
How do I pay?
After the clean is finished, never in advance. Card, ACH or bank transfer, and we email a receipt the same day. Recurring clients are invoiced monthly if that's easier.
